P-90s in a Fender guitar are delightful, and this Noventa Strat is a prime example of why that combo works so beautifully. The snappy, percussive quality imparted by the 25.5" scale length and the bolt-on construction give it a distinct and delightful style of P-90 tone. This serial is quite touch sensitive, and it has a beautiful blend of articulation, punch, snarl, and sparkle. The bridge pickup is downright mean, with lush high end, biting mids, and surprisingly fat lows, while the neck pickup is thick and rich but still clear enough for chord work. The middle position jangles and quacks beautifully, too. If you're looking for a different take on the classic sound of P-90s, take this Noventa Strat for a spin!
