Wildwoodians, we are proud to present this 2015 Custom Shop Historic Select '59 reissue, a truly special Les Paul with mojo to spare and tone for days. It has a "Believer Burst" finish painted by Tom Murphy, and its woods were hand-selected by top Japanese dealers and Edwin Wilson. To top it off, Wilson and Murphy signed the Certificate of Authenticity! Obviously, the burst is spectacular and the wood is gorgeous, but this guitar also screams thanks to its Custombuckers (PAF tone for days!) and resonant properties. So, while it may be a collector's item, we must not forget that its a sonic titan! We have no doubt this incredible Murphy-painted monster will make you a believer in the burst!

Condition Report

This serial is also in fantastic shape! It has some small dings, light scratches, and case impression throughout its finish (the most noticeable of which are a ding on the face of the headstock and some marks on the lower bout on the bass side). Also, the aniline dye has faded and bled into the binding--a fairly common occurrence. The frets show some extremely light wear, so this bad boy is ready to rip for a long time! It comes with its original hardshell case, a certificate of authenticity, hangtags, and a copy of the Burst Believers book.
