The Roast with the Most
Wildwoodians, we have a real treat for your eyes and ears today: the NAMM Limited Roasted 1960 Stratocaster. As its name implies, this sweet Strat has a roasted maple neck with a dark tint that looks fabulous with the AAA rosewood fretboard. But, the benefits aren't just cosmetic: roasted necks tend to impart a bit of woody vintage clarity and ringing sustain. Speaking of sustain, three hand-wound Ancho Poblano pickups put out some serious heat! The bridge pickup stings like a habanero, the middle pickup brings the heat like a jalapeno, and the neck pickup is warm like a bowl of chili. It also feels great thanks to its wider-than-normal 12" radius, which makes bending notes much easier. We're proud to present the 1960 Roasted Stratocaster. Once you take one for a spin, we're sure you'll be delighted by its fiery sounds.
