Wildwoodians, Andre Nieri is a true giant of the guitar world, and we're proud to showcase his awesome signature Suhr. Nieri is an instructor at the prestigious Musician's Institute's College of Contemporary Music, and his list of accolades is a mile long. He's been in too many guitar magazines to count on multiple continents (including his native Brazil), and he has earned a reputation as one of the best players in the world on top of being one of the most revered teachers (for evidence, check out this clip). He's been a Suhr endorsee for almost a decade, and now has a signature guitar to match his monster chops. Thus, we are proud to present the Andre Nieri Signature Series Modern.

The Andre Nieri Signature Series Modern is a grip-it-and-rip-it workhorse that can pump out whatever tone a discerning modern player needs, and it sets a sky-high standard for feel and playability, too. With the five-way switch, you can get everything from quacky single-coil sounds to muscular humbucker sounds. The humbuckers are fat but precise and balanced with excellent string separation, and the in-between positions have a lovely chime, jangle, and sparkle. The roasted maple neck also acts as a wooden tuning fork, aiding the general resonance of the guitar while giving it a woody, warm character.

Speaking of the neck, it also feels divine thanks to its uber-fast slim even C neck profile and satin finish. When you factor in the 16" radius (which allows the strings to ring out even when you set the action super low and makes bending strings easier), this guitar feels faster than Crisco-coated lightning.
