These ES-345s have several upgrades that give them supercharged tone! Thermally engineered Adirondack spruce bracing gives these guitars an articulate, percussive attack and oodles of headroom. So, they maintain superb clarity at all times, and they sound three-dimensional and open. Meanwhile, a thermally engineered maple center block adds a bit of vintage woodiness and clarity to the sustain.

Add in a pair of calibrated T-Type humbuckers, and you've got quite a sonic cocktail! Based on the powerful PAFs of yore, these beautiful 'buckers give you the classic articulation, warmth, woodiness, and sweetness of a Gibson semi-hollowbody, but with a bit of modern heat and clarity. And they feel great in your hands, too, thanks to their inviting rounded C-shaped neck profile.

In addition, Gibson outfitted the Original Collection ES-345 with a variety of cosmetic appointments that give them exceptional style: vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, rosewood fretboards, and acrylic split parallelogram inlays, to name a few.
