Used 2001 Taylor Guitars Gallery Series Living Jewels GSLJ – #27 of 100
A Crown Jewel
Wildwoodians, we are proud to present this piece from Taylor's 2001 Gallery Series, the Living Jewel. With its gorgeous tonewoods, transparent aqua blue finish, and the unbelievable artistry of its koi fish inlays, this guitar is one of the most head-turning pieces we've ever had the privilege of showcasing. And, if it looks familiar, it's because Taylor Swift has been playing one on her Eras tour. It's also extremely limited, as it's #27 of only 100 guitars in this finish. As rare and beautiful as it is, it may sound even better thanks to the powerful combination of bearclaw spruce and big leaf maple, which gives it an articulate, clear voice with lovely chime in the highs. This beautiful sonic titan will no doubt inspire you to embark on endless acoustic adventures across its fretboard!
Condition Report
This highly-limited Taylor is also in fantastic condition! It shows light-to-moderate fretwear, and some extremely light hardware tarnishing. There are some light pockmarks on the top (very light scratches and tiny dings), and the only other cosmetic imperfection to report is a bigger ding on the top by the upper bout. All in all, it's quite clean, and it comes with its original hardshell case along with warranty info and a certificate of authenticity, too!
NOTE: A letter from Taylor Guitars is included saying that the guitar's mistakenly lists it as #26 instead of #27 of the run, but we have confirmed that is it indeed #27.
