This '72 Martin 00-21 is quite clean! The frets show light wear--far less than you'd expect! Cosmetically, there's some typical vintage wear, the most noticeable of which is some light checking on the body. There are also some tiny pickguard cracks. Structurally, the neck angle has come forward a little, but the action is still very reasonable with a low saddle. Most importantly, it sounds awesome, and it comes with its original hardshell case!
