It also means that we hold ourselves to a superior standard of customer service to make sure that you find that proverbial one guitar that blows you away. The Wildwood Way is the guiding principle behind everything we do, and it’s pretty simple: every day, we try to make Wildwood an awesome place to buy a guitar. That starts with the outstanding customer service provided by our helpful, friendly, knowledgeable (some might even say nerdy!) staff. We strive to go the extra mile for everyone as if they were a close friend or family member, so we call our customers the Wildwoodians because they’re part of our tribe of music lovers. We have lots of fun, but we’re serious about helping you find the right tool to unlock your creativity and passion, and we’ll do whatever it takes to set you up with the guitar of your dreams. That also means that our inventory has to be chock-full of dreamy guitars, so if we’re not excited about it, we don’t stock it! We also collaborate with our manufacturers to make our wild imaginings a reality in the form of exclusive series like our Wildwood Spec Gibsons and Fender Wildwood 10s. Once each guitar arrives, we painstakingly inspect it for any flaws before storing it safely in our state-of-the-art humidity-controlled warehouse to make sure it stays minty fresh. Then, once it finds its forever home, we give it a full setup before shipping so that it’s fun to play right out of the box. All in all, we want to help you find a guitar that inspires you to embark on exciting new musical adventures up and down the fretboard, and for you to enjoy that process of discovery as much as possible.
