This '68 D-28 is in awesome shape for its age! It has been refretted, and the new frets show virtually no signs of wear, measuring .080 inches by .036 inches. Overall, the finish is quite clean. It shows some light checking throughout the body, a few pick marks, and a few other minor bumps and bruises. There is a hairline crack on the bass side that was expertly repaired with reinforcement strips. It has also undergone a neck reset, and the neck angle looks great. It's set up for flatpicking, but it has room to go down. A previous owner enlarged the bridge pin holes to get more of a break angle (which makes this thing even more of a cannon!), and the nut looks like a replacement, too. However, the tuners look original. It comes with a non-original Martin hardshell case.
