This vintage Hofner bass is remerkably clean for an instrument of its vintage! The frets look nearly perfect, and it has accumulated just a few small war wounds over the years: some small dings (a few of which have been touched up), some checking along the binding and in other typical areas, but it has no serious cracks or damage. The caps on the back of the G and D string tuners are missing, but it does not affect the functionality of the tuners at all. Everything looks original except for some tiny screws on the tailpiece--super cool! There is an electrical tape repair on the bridge pickup leads that looks very solid and may just be a preventative measure. It comes with a non-original Epiphone hardshell case that fits it quite well. All in all, it's an incredibly clean vintage example, and it soudns incredible!
