This '64 F-25 Folksinger is in fantastic shape for its age! It has some typical vintage bumps and bruises, the most noticeable of which are a scratch on the top under the A string and a big ding on the back. The frets appear to be original and show light wear, but they're an odd size (.101" by .036"). We normally expect the frets on this guitar to be narrower, but we still see some original lacquer on the fret tangs, so it might just be an odd duck. The tuners are original, but the saddle is an newer aftermarket part. Speaking of which, it looks like the saddle slot in the bridge has been widened, possibly to improve intonation. The bridge plate shows some damage, but is still in serviceable shape. It comes with a period-correct faux-gator chipboard case, too. Most importantly, it sounds awesome and is a blast to play!
