It has clearly been played, but also loved. Both the finish and frets show light-to-moderate signs of use and wear, respectively. There are a handful of slightly larger dings and chips in the finish, and there's a repaired top crack by the pickguard. There are also some marks on the side of the headstock from a string winder (it's hard to blame someone for being in a while restring a 12-string!). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe neck has come forward over the years and various luthiers have sanded down the bridge to compensate. At this point, we can't really take the saddle down anymore. With a flat neck, the action sits at 3\/32\" on the treble side and 4\/32\" on the bass side, which is basically dreadnaught flatpicking action. It plays well at that height, and it sounds like a cannon!
