This incredible Historic Select Murphy Aged Wildwood Spec 1959 Les Paul in Lemonburst (wow, that's a mouthful), is essentially, my ultimate dream guitar, and what I consider to be my ultimate burst. I've always loved the faded out, lemonburst look, along with the incredible aging by Tom Murphy at the Custom Shop. It was dream come true to be able to pair the incredible True Historic specs with Tom's spectacular aging, and a jaw dropping top with a distinct look and vibe. Add my favorite pickup set, our Wildwood Spec Custombuckers, into the mix, and I think the result is something that is truly special, with the great vibe and feel of some of my favorite vintage pieces, and an attitude that comes through loud and clear when plugged in. The body of this instrument is ultra resonant, and comes in at a fantastic weight, making it useable for hours on end at the big gig, or enjoyment in the comfort of your own home. The neck profile has been dialed in just right, making this the total package for the Les Paul enthusiast. This is the ultimate '59 in my eyes, and I'm confident that it's eventual owner will treasure this masterpiece as much as I do.
