Condition Report

This sweet L-5C is in good condition with some honest playwear! There are dings and checking throughout the guitar that give it a dreamy vintage look. The frets are original, though they show some wear and will need a refret at some point in the future depending on what type of player you are. If you have a light touch, you likely won't be bothered for some time, but if you are a very heavy player, you will need to refret it sooner. The pickup is original, and one of the knobs is a replacement. This lovely L-5C only had one owner, and Gibson only made this model for four years. So, it is a fine example of a rare vintage Gibson guitar! It includes the original hardshell case, which shows some wear but is fully functional.
