Reverend Pete Anderson Signature PA-1 RB
A Decade of ToneGrammy-winning producer and guitarist Pete Anderson has had a storied career. As Dwight Yoakam's right-hand man, he helped craft several platinum records and played countless sold-out shows. On his own, he's worked with legendary country artists like Buck Owens, folk troubadours like Jackson Browne, and alt-rock heroes like the Meat Puppets. Now, it's time to add one more accomplishment to the list: yet another signature Reverend Guitar, the PA-1 RB.
Ten years is a long time, and the fine folks at Reverend have used their last ten trips around the sun to perfect every inch of the PA-1 RB Signature. Rarely do you find a guitar that handles country twang, soulful blues, and hard rock bite equally well, but the genre-defying PA1 manages it! It's also an immensely practical hollowbody, thanks to Reverend's Uni-Brace design. Essentially, Reverend uses a full-body depth korina brace to mitigate feedback and reinforce the neck pocket. So, you can play this guitar at stage volume without worrying about uncontrollable feedback, and you don't have to worry about the neck block rotating forward because of string tension. Reverend's pin-lock tuners and Boneite nut also help make this guitar a live workhorse, because they allow it to hold its tuning forever! Playing this guitar feels fantastic, thanks to the medium oval neck profile, and it's easy to do killer pedal-steel bends and screaming leads because of the 12" radius and the medium-jumbo frets. All of these modern appointments make life easy for the gigging musician, and any player looking for a dependable workhorse hollowbody will love the PA-1 RB!
Reverend and Pete Anderson have produced some incredible guitars over the last ten-plus years, and the PA-1 RB is a fitting tribute to the legacy they have built. We know the PA-1 RB will inspire you endlessly!
