Ride the Jetstream
The Reverend Jetstream HB is a dual-humbucker guitar for the jet-set crowd! It's a simple guitar with an elegant design that gives you superb tone with little to no fuss. Its reliability makes it perfect for the gigging musician on the go, while its versatility makes it an excellent studio tool. Let's dive into the Jetstream and see what makes it so special!
Double-Humbucker DominanceThe reason the Jetstream really takes off is its stellar combination of pickups and tonewood. The korina body acts as a resonant, balanced building block for the tone of the Reverend HA5 humbuckers. Like many Alnico 5 pickups, they have tight lows, a slight notch in the mids, and bright, clear highs. This sort of pickup sounds incredibly crisp and cutting through a clean amplifier and absolutely devastating through an overdriven amp. Their basic tone is good enough to leave your bandmate's minds blown in most situations, but should you need to cop some thinner sounds, the Reverend bass contour knob works wonders. Oftentimes, coil-tapped humbuckers lose some presence, but rolling off the bass contour only alters the timbre of the guitar, not the volume. So, you can cop all sorts of brighter sounds without getting lost in the mix!
Undeniably ReliableReverend builds all of their guitars with the gigging musician in mind, and the Jetstream HB is no different! It has lots of features that make gigging a breeze. The Boneite nut and pin-lock tuners provide exceptional tuning stability, and the Wilkinson tremolo system is as reliable as it is expressive. Three-hour gigs are a breeze thanks to the comfy medium oval neck and the bass contour's wide array of tones, and its retro-futuristic look will have everyone at the jam session looking jealous.
The Wildwood team is proud to present such a high-flying guitar to our exceptional customers, and we hope the Reverend Jetstream inspires you to reach new heights!
