Essentially, the Presentation Series is Taylor’s showcase for all of their most eye-popping tonewoods, luxurious cosmetic appointments, and cutting edge designs. They take every aspect of Taylor Guitars that you love to the –nth, and as a result they are the Rolls-Royce of guitars. They feature a revolving cast of spectacular tonewoods like sinker redwood, cocobolo, blackwood, and ebony, but no matter what combination of wood they utilize, they always sound crystalline and pure—almost as if they are in high definition.

Actually, it’s appropriate that these guitars sound so crystalline, because they are decked to the nines with bling. It must take an incredible amount of work to get the intricate Nouveau inlays of abalone and mother-of-pearl to done, but it’s worth the time and sweat, because they look jaw-dropping. Ditto for the single-ring paua abalone rosette and top trim and the ebony binding. All in all, the Presentation Series is full of guitars that will either induce envy, drool, or both at once!
